The clarity and snappiness of your drums is very nice. However, in favor of these you missed out on what makes dubstep great, which is face meltingly nutty sounding bass modulation.
To be frank, the bass sounds are boring. That's about the long and short of it- the production on the rest of the song is great, but the parts that really matter are subpar. That's not to say that they need to be changed, a lot of it is quite usable. However, they have no impact. They do nothing to fill much space, both volume and frequency wise. In this case I'd recommend to put some distortion on them and play with that, however that's not always the solution.
A song I might point to in an attempt to show you what I mean would be Phone Tap by Space Laces (who is actually an ex-Newgrounder himself!) https://soundcloud.com/space-laces/phone-tap-1 There's no crazy obvious reverb, delay, or other effects on his sound, just very creative sound design.
There are a lot of good ideas and some good execution in here, but there's a lot that can be worked on.
